FLEXIBLE LINE FOR DRILLING DEEP HOLES IN CRANKSHAFTS

Applications :
This machine allows oil run deep drilling in 3-4-cylinder crankshafts.

Characteristics :
The line consists in a transfer system and six stations: a loading one, an unloading one and four machining ones.
It is designed to automatically bore 3 crankshafts during a sequence and 2500 pieces a day on 3 stations.

BEAD POSITIONING MACHINE

Applications :
This equipment allows to compress the two sidewalls of an inflated tire wheel assembly (TWA) in order to correctly position the beads inside the rim hooks.

Better TWA uniformity
Improvement of the assembling quality thanks to a perfect installation of the beads
